• Running a successful COVID regulated set & implementing the governments ever changing guidelines into set life to ensure everyones safety

• I can translate these new and very necessary skills to future productions to ensure sets are working as safely as possible for all involved. 

Location Scouting

• Location scouting & securing (including drone authorisation, risk assessments, sourcing of owners, required permissions, contact with stakeholder agencies eg local authorities, woodland trusts, private companies)

Film Sales

• Working on the successful Sales of projects, including being responsible for the full delivery of the film & all of its deliverables

• Negotiating & signing contracts with Sales Agents, securing a Minimum Guarantee, & continuing a working relationship with the company with regards to international sales.

Props

• Props buying (sourcing options, discussions with director with regard to what fits their vision, purchase, logging and storing)

• Communicating with departments (throughout preproduction, production and post)

Project Budgeting

• Budgeting productions (allocation of, adhering to, updating and ultimately paying invoices and keeping on top of receipts, as well as juggling the budget where needed during production to reflect unforeseen expenses etc)

• I have a vast network from my years in the industry, and hire cast and crew who not only excel in their chosen fields, but who are some of the most tolerant and good-natured people I know, which we all know helps during the 10 hour shoot days and nights!
